How can he claim to be our leader when he doesn't want to associate with us?

I remember Overlord was mocking him about the Pet. [a beat] Overlord was there, alive. They came to truce with the intention of killing Megatron.

Vos said Megatron killed you all horribly.

[There's a long, very long, silence as Tesarus chews this over. His anger is boiling back to the surface again.]

It's clear to me that following Tarn ends in disaster. If you all already know this, then why are you still following him?

We'd be better off without him.

[From the way Kaon jerks, it's clear that Tesarus has alarmed him.]

I can handle being lead to our death, but if he isn't proud of being Tarn of the DJD, then he isn't fit to lead us there.

It's just a name. He's used many. [It's what he's telling himself at least.]

Of course he... he cares about us. We just elected him captain. It should be better than it has been.

[Tes sighs. He's not the type to be passionate about anything for very long, and he quickly burns through his righteous anger.]

There's just-- There's never been a DJD without Tarn.

[At the same time, Kaon isn't certain that Damus even wants to be part of the DJD. All these hard questions and points is putting his internals in knots, especially in combination with his frustration and loneliness.]
